Korey Besse joined Rich Commercial Group in October 2024, bringing
fresh energy and a strong foundation in business management and
marketing from Florida Gulf Coast University, where he earned a
Bachelor’s in Integrated Studies with dual concentrations in Business
Management and Marketing. Since day one, he’s been dedicated to
helping investors, landlords, and tenants successfully acquire, lease,
and sell commercial properties across Lee, Collier, Sarasota, and
Charlotte Counties.

Before launching his career in commercial real estate, Korey was
raised in Fort Myers, FL, and graduated from Bishop Verot High School
as a dual-sport athlete. He went on to play college football as a
quarterback for three years—one year at Wagner College in Staten
Island, NY, and two years at Erskine College in Due West, SC. These
formative experiences helped build his strategic thinking, poise under
pressure, and commitment to excellence—qualities he now brings to
every deal.

With a background in marketing and sales, Korey combines strategic
insight with clear communication to deliver results for both local and
institutional clients. He is experienced in acquisitions,
dispositions, leasing, and investment sales, bringing a market-savvy
and detail-oriented approach to every transaction.
