Daniel Diaz Leyva has joined Day Pitney LLP as a partner in its real estate and environmental practice and is chair of the Florida real estate practice. Amanda Gomez has joined as attorney.

David Greenburg has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s newly created Southeast hospitality investment sales team in Boca Raton as vice chair.

Lucia Hedke has joined JLL in Orlando as managing director with the aim of growing the firms’ Florida healthcare business.

John Huguenard, co-lead of JLL‘s capital markets, has moved from the firm’s Chicago to Miami office. Wells Waller has moved from the firm’s Dallas office to join the Miami industrial team.

Andrew Jaworski and Torrey Campbell have joined CBRE in Orlando as VP and associate, respectively, within the capital markets group.

Dan Kaiser has joined Landsea Homes Corporation in Orlando as VP of the Florida division.

Greg Katz has joined Stream Realty Partner’s new Miami office as executive managing director and partners. Also joining are Carlyle Coffin as SVP, Mike Lisch as VP of acquisitions, Teresa Sanzone as business operations manager and Jason Warren as head of strategy and analytics.
